Problem Note 50796: A file with an incorrect number of records is created in SAS® Universal Viewer 1.3

In SAS Universal Viewer, if you open a SAS data set and select Table ► Save as and change the "save as" type to CSV, a CSV file is created with the contents of the SAS data set. However, starting in SAS Universal Viewer 1.3, the number of records in the CSV file might not be the same number of observations in the SAS data set. The order might not be the same either. Each time you save the CSV file, the number and order might change. However, sometimes the order and number of observations might be correct.
The problem occurs because of the caching in the SAS Universal Viewer 1.3.
A fix is planned for a future release of the SAS Universal Viewer.
This problem does not occur in SAS Universal Viewer 1.2.
